In the afternoon Helena moves the group into a more restorative space and this is where you really learn to let go into the different postures.
Helena will guide you into feeling free, relaxed, internally stroked, and to then return home with a true sense of stillness and calm.

All our yoga holidays are designed for all levels. As on other weeks, there is one session in the morning and one late-afternoon.
Helena Bingham has been with us from the beginning and is a very special yoga teacher.

Helena’s foundation is Hatha Yoga, but she mixes different styles and flavours of yoga into her classes. She creates lots of space between the asanas to help you really let go. This is gentle, opening yoga: it’s not too serious and you don’t even have to be able to touch your toes.
The morning sessions are lively and active, offering detailed Asana technique and flowing sequences to increase heat and energy levels - all levels are catered for and enjoyed.
