So, Gaia is an intuitive (let's give her a noun) and a powerful healer (and another noun). And she exudes a very special knowledge: that everything will work out okay. So, in this week, you'll learn at a deep level, that you are fine as you are, and that everything is fine as it is.

Gaia will guide you through energy meditations, powerful qigong movements, deeply healing breathwork sessions and frequent and astonishing Tea Ceremonies - all leading you to a few inevitable and irresistible conclusions:

- that if you simply listen to, and trust, yourself, you too can access such magic

- that everything simply works out if you could just give up a little more

- that none of it matters that much anyway.

This is a special time with a special person, on a week that will, undoubtedly, become as famous as the F**k It weeks.

Why not get in there at the beginning?

Yes, you could argue that I (John), being married to Gaia, am somewhat biased, but I have witnessed the effect of Gaia's work and presence on clients and guests over the years.

It was almost a decade ago, when we were living in Balham and I was out and about with our baby twins whilst Gaia was using her years of experience in breathwork and hypnotherapy to work with clients to release anxiety, help them sleep and heal myriad ailments.

And over the last seven years, here in Italy, she has added to her skills a profound knowledge of qigong (the Chinese energy art) and rare Chinese teas (she is a master of the healing Tea Ceremony).

But we're still not close to describing what Gaia achieves with people, or what will happen on this week.

Gaia has an instinct, an intuition, call it what you like, that allows her to know precisely what is going on for people and exactly what is needed at any moment.

Sitting in a crowded bar-restaurant yesterday - after looking around briefly - she said 'it's so obvious what's going on for everyone isn't it?'.

Well, for most of us, no it isn't. But for Gaia, it is.

But she never intrudes with such knowledge: she would never go beyond what a person is ready to hear at any given moment.
