Infinite Tai Chi

Jason will also spend some time sharing the philosophy and ideas behind this work.

The combinations of these elements will be life-transforming.

The forms - if practised on a regular basis - can improve your physical health, raise your vibrations, calm your mind, lift your emotions, and connect you to the light that dwells deep within all of us. The meditation practice will allow you to experience for yourself the deep inner peace and true love that lie beyond the noisiness and busy-ness of our thinking minds. His talks will open your mind and your heart to a different way of living and feeling.

This will be a fabulous week of true relaxation, inspiration, fun and laughter. Learn from a genuinely advanced master of Life that every moment of our existence can be filled with meaning and joy.

Learning Infinite Tai Chi is a mind-opening experience that will change and improve your whole life.

All of Master Chan's exercises are suitable for individuals of all ages and at all levels of fitness.

We’re so happy to welcome Master Chan to our Masters Programme this year.

Like many others, we were blown away by Jason's presence, grace and energy - so we're very privileged to have this true Master at The Hill.

Master Chan, author of 'The Radiant Warrior Path', created Infinite Tai Chi over twenty years ago. It is an extremely graceful, flowing form, designed to bring practitioners into alignment with the natural elements, as well as with their own hearts, wisdom, inner strength and vitality.

Jason teaches Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation throughout Europe and in Thailand and has trained over 125 Infinite Tai Chi teachers. In 2008, Kindred Spirit Magazine readers awarded Jason first place in their 'Most Inspirational Person Award' (Al Gore came second!)

Jason's key goal, as an energy master, spiritual teacher and healer, is to raise individuals' vibrations and consciousness. Jason aims to connect everyone who comes into contact with him to their own inner light, love, peace and joy. He guides his students to maintain this connection to the light throughout all the ups and downs of their everyday lives.

During his week at The Hill, you will learn the sequences from the Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung forms and how to meditate with a true master of meditation.
