Our food is Italian and vegetarian, but most of our guests aren't (either Italian or vegetarian). Most of them though leave raving about the food (and threatening to steal our chef)
Why? Because it's bloomin' delicious, that's why. And, of course, it's healthy. Sure, you can adjust the health quotient as you fancy, but even if you pig out on the heaviest stuff, you're eating vegetarian, in-season, local food.
Here's a taste. Well, sadly, not literally a taste... but an idea of the taste anyway...
Lemon and Fennel Risotto,
Wild Mushroom Lasagne,
Grilled Aubergine and Garlic Pizza...
(I could go on, but I'm getting hungry just writing it)
Some returning guests have said that they use the 'yoga' bit of the 'yoga holiday' as a cover... they're really coming back for the food.
Oh, by the way. By popular demand, our chef now usually runs a couple of cooking classes a week.
