Most of our guests fly to Ancona airport, from London Stansted, with Ryanair. We organise a shuttle (in the form of a mini-bus, rather than a space-ship) to meet the Thursday flight every week (details on this page).
Some guests find that the Ryanair Rimini flights (also from Stansted) can work very well too (again, details on this page).
So that you know the full choice of airports, here's how far away (by road) we are from major airports:

Full details of how to get to us from these airports without hiring a car, are in our FAQs under 'travel, transfers, arrival & departure'.
You can of course hire a car (through Ryanair and Hertz) at any of the airports (we'll give you thorough directions), though most of our guests tend to jump into taxis together when they fancy leaving The Hill for an excursion.
If three or more guests are on Ryanair's Thursday flight to Rimini we'll arrange another shuttle (again, bus not space...) at the same price (€70) as the Ancona shuttle.
However, it's still pretty easy by yourself. All the details in our FAQs, under 'travel, transfers, arrival & departure'.
If you have any questions about travel to The Hill, please do check our FAQs first, as the 'travel, transfers, arrival & departure' section is comprehensive.
We meet Ryanair's Ancona flight (only the one arriving at 13:10 from Stansted) with a transfer shuttle at the airport (and take you back at the end of your stay to meet the flight leaving at 13:35).
The journey takes about 90 minutes and costs €70 for the return trip.
Please reserve your place on the transfer with us when you book and pay us when you arrive at The Hill
