Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before you book, and put a tick in the appropriate boxes in order to demonstrate your consent.
1. Exemption from liability in case of unforeseen events
We are not liable for adverse weather conditions, strikes, transport delays or any other unpredictable or unforeseeable event which could prevent you from participating in the holiday. We are also not liable for any insect bites, electricity, gas or water cuts or any other problems that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any possible problems that may occur during your holiday; particularly relating to emergencies that could involve a visit to hospital casualty, and admittance to hospital.
2. Exemption from liability for health problems
We do not offer medical advice or opinions, and we cannot in any case substitute an appropriate assessment by your personal physician, whom we invite you to consult if you have any doubts about your ability to participate in holistic disciplines. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions which could prevent or limit your participation in any of our activities, and also of any food allergies or intolerances, or any mobility issues. The guest takes full and exclusive responsibility when using any services and treatments. In no case, are we or our operators liable for any damage, direct or indirect, to your health.
3. Minors in your company
By consenting to these Terms and Conditions, you also do so for any minors accompanying you at La Collina Che Respira ("The Hill That Breathes"), for whom you are solely and exclusively responsible. In particular, we ask that minors only use the pool in your presence, and only use the dome in the presence of authorized staff.
4. Theft and loss of property
We recommend that you do not bring jewellery or valuable items with you during your stay, as these are unsuitable for an open-air, community experience. Nonetheless, please do not wear jewellery or objects of value during the activities. If you do so, you are strongly advised to hand them over to the person in charge for safekeeping. We are not liable for theft, or for any loss of your personal property, under any circumstances.
5. Payments
For payments made to La Collina Che Respira (“The Hill That Breathes”), the deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For cancellations made between the 8th and 4th week before the beginning of your holiday, we will withhold 50% of the remaining balance. For cancellations made within the last 4 weeks before the beginning of your holiday, we will withhold the full amount.
6. Transfers
When we put you in contact with drivers of buses, minibuses and taxis for your transfer from and to the airport, or for any trips during your stay at La Collina Che Respira ("The Hill That Breathes"), we do so entirely for the purposes of mutual convenience. However, the service is furnished personally and directly by the drivers, who are all insured for the transport service. Should you cancel the request for a transfer, for whatever reason, giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will have to pay the full cost of the booked service.
7. Guidelines
When you arrive, you will be given a leaflet with information on the use of our services and structures, such as the pool and the dome, and the use of footpaths in the dark, etc.. Please pay special attention to what is stated and do keep strictly to the guidelines described therein.
8. Cancellation
Should it be impossible for us to welcome you as a guest at La Collina Che Respira ("The Hill That Breathes"), we will endeavour to offer you availability at an alternative time; or, if you prefer, we will reimburse what you have already paid us.
9. Jurisdiction
For any dispute that could arise in relation to the interpretation, execution and/or cancellation of the booking contract, to which these conditions are applicable, and in which La Collina Che Respira ("The Hill That Breathes") is legally involved, the Courts of Urbino shall have sole jurisdiction.
